A customer loyalty initiative from ADT does not exist, as they would not work with me to fix an old connection at our front door or upgrade our very old system. Anyway, our home was visited by your salesman Craig Doehr, and later, our new system was installed by Phil. I want to compliment your company on having two of the finest employees that I've encountered in a very long time. Craig explained the whole concept of the family owned EMG, as well as explaining where the best security contacts should be put. He was very professional not only in appearance, but in his salesmanship. He called prior to his visit, was on time, and never put any pressure on me to purchase -- all with a very pleasing personality. Phil was very much the same - he called prior to his visit, he explained everything thoroughly, he removed the old system, and actually did some of the patch work needed. - all with a pleasing and fun attitude. I wanted to take a moment to tell you about one of your employees. Today I was making my routine trip to clearwater when my tire on my car went flat on the highway. I pulled the car to the side and sat there for 45 minutes while cars drove by me too busy to help. Then one of your employees Craig pulled up and offered to change my tire for me. He rolled up his sleeves and had the tire changed in remarkable time. He informed me the right pressure I needed to fill the spare to and also followed me with his hazards on over the skyway to make sure I was able to exit safely. He would not accept any monetary repayments but did leave me with his card. I want to congratulate Craig and your company for employing people like him. Last year after investigating several alarm companies, I made what turned out to be a terrific decision to sign up with your company to protect mine. I opened Harbor Scooters a little less than a year ago and I couldn't be more pleased with your equipment and service. Harbor scooters is in a remodeled shed/metal building with high ceilings and beams. It has a showroom and a service area as well as outside gates.1 was positive the installation would be a messy disaster. I was sure of it. And then Greg showed up. He was the most professional, clean, precise, polite and capable man I'd had in my shop during the build-out process. Perhaps in my life ...I'm 60 years old, and an Assistant State Attorney (28 years), so I've been around enough to recognize superb quality and real craftsmanship when I see it. This man had more pride in his work than I have seen since my own Dad was working around the house. Absolutely remarkable. So, of course, when I opened my second shop this past week ... it was time to call Bruce again. (And what an asset he is ...straight talker and you get everything he tells you on time and exactly how he represented it...also remarkable with most sales people in this day). I asked Bruce to have Greg install the second alarm. In fact, I told Bruce I'd delay my opening in order to get Greg to do the installation even if I had to wait until he was available. And needless to say, Bruce promised and deliverd, and Greg, showed up exactly on time, and once again, did such an exraordinary job, I just had to finally write to you. I decided to get an alarm system when my next door neighbor came home and found an intruder in her home. I have been an EMG customer since purchasing my home in February of 2008 and have been very pleased with the service provided. I have monitoring without a maintenance agreement, and have had only occasional problems with the system, which were either not EMG's responsibility (but rather that of my phone company) or simply required battery replacement and these have been quickly and efficiently dealt with.
In my recent interactions with EMG, when the line to one of my windows had been damaged by carpentry work, nothing to do with EMG, the serviceman (Ken) arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem (which wasn't obvious as the wire was concealed) in minutes. He then left while the carpenters exposed the damaged wire, and returned again in response to a phone call in order to replace the damaged wire in about 10 minutes. In this way he avoided charging me for a service call greater than 30 minutes in length. I was very impressed with his service, his manner and the manner in which the central office, in particular Sharyl, dealt with this situation.
I have been an EMG customer for over 6years. I have received nothing but polite and courteous service since the first time I contacted EMG for service. It is nice to know that someone is watching over my house and my family. Whether I have set my alarm off by accident or the weather has taken the phone line out, without fail they are calling within minutes to find out if everything is OK. Kudos for a job well done! Last night our shop was broken into. i got the call at our home at 2:37 A.M. and was at the shop by 3 A.M. The burglar pryed open the back door, breaking through the deadbolt. Once inside he must have heard the 30 second delay buzzer and only had time to look into one drawer. The last time we were broke into without an alarm many things were stolen. This time your services foiled the robber and nothing was taken. Thank you EMG. Kudos for EMG Alarm Installer Technician Phillip Wohlfehrt. Too often people are quick to complain but are slow, or worse neglectful, to appreciate, recognize, and applaud. We want to take the time to document our high level of satisfaction with services recently received, and the way they were executed by your field technician installer Phillip Wohlfehrt, on Tuesday 09-18-12. Phil impressed us immediately with his pleasant, calm, soft spoken, cheerful manner. He put us at ease. Explained what he was about to do, quietly, methodically laid out his devices, and efficiently installed same. When required for a few issues, he requested our input or decision, discussed options and their advantages or disadvantages. Reached a consensus and continued. He worked quietly, neatly, efficiently. Would warn us of any alarm testing in advance. Phill took the time at the end of the installation to familiarize us in detail with the system's many options to the point of being a comfortable beginner. He suggested we study the manual to minimize errors, and we are. Phill also gave us his personal cell number and invited us to call him....24/7 if necessary. During our installation a customer called Phill for assistance. He excused himself and aided her. It was very comforting to see him "walk his talk!". What more could you ask for. What commitment and customer dedication. Phill makes a neat appealing image for EMG. He is definitely an asset to your organization. He professes and exhibits a sincere willingness to serve. He is not short on product knowledge either. We enjoyed his service.
I have been a customer of EMG Alarm for over 4 years and have not had a single issue with the alarm service during that time. Recently I decided to purchase a home security system. A close friend recommended EMG over competitors. After shopping around, I realized that EMG was in fact, my best option. Not only did they have cheaper monthly rates, but installation was free. Instead of charging for each door/window, they gave me the option to have up to 12 points free of charge, which covered my entire house. I am extremely happy with how easy the system is to use. I also like the wireless FOB keychain, which allows me to arm/disarm my system right from my very own set of keys. Not to mention, you can select the silent alarm that immediately sends the police to my doorstep. Another great thing is that the motion detector is still effective even with my two small dogs running loose in the house. During the past week, my alarm was set-off accidentally by a family member who was unaware I had the system installed. EMG immediately called my cell phone to inform me that my alarm had gone off. I was and have been extremely satisfied with the service that EMG has provided me and I would recommend the company to any friend/family member.

Prior to meeting Rob Keefe of EMG Alarm, I had employed the services of another large local alarm company to monitor my home. After several months with the first company, I accidentally set off the alarm in my home. After a few minutes of the alarm sounding, I was able to disarm it. I thought that I would get a call from my alarm monitoring service but, nothing. After a call to their office, they told me that they did not receive a signal and that I was “all clear” and I “should be fine.” There was no further instruction nor was there an offer to test the system or anything else. About a week later, we triggered the alarm accidentally again. And again, no call. At this point I am wondering if my home is being monitored or not and, if not, what am I paying for.
A short time later, I met Rob Keefe of EMG Alarm Systems. I asked him about my experience with the other company. He offered to send a technician out the next day to evaluate my system and advise me of my situation. EMG determined that I had no connection and, that I was not being monitored. My family had been at risk for an undetermined period of time. Needless to say, I signed up with EMG.
EMG performs regular testing to confirm that my home is being monitored at all times. The reason I know this is because my lawn service knocked out my telephone line not long after I signed up with EMG. The Central Station called my cell phone to inform me that I had no signal. I was extremely grateful to hear from them.

My wife and I have been a client of EMG for over 15 years. We put our first system in an older home built in 1954. The installers had no problem negotiating their way through the walls and the ceilings to get everything just right. In 2004, we built a new home and the first option in the house was a full security system. EMG was able to provide us with monitored smoke detectors. This to me is very valuable in protecting my family’s health and well being. We have had no false alarms and what little service has been needed, has been courteous and on time. The monitors are very knowledgeable and helpful when a question does arise. Thank you for all the years of great service.
I have been an EMG customer since the end of 1973, almost 36 years. I had another alarm company or two before EMG and was not at all satisfied with their service. Over the years I added a fire system in addition to my burglary protection and have been more than satisfied with the service I have received from EMG. They are always very responsive to any requests I have made. Due to the efforts of EMG, we have interrupted a couple of burglaries in progress and arrests were made with no loss of merchandise.

I was raised from early childhood with EMG, back in the early 70's. My parents used EMG for many years and still use them, so I was well familiar with EMG's outstanding and dependable product quality, technical support, and customer service from an early age. When it came time for me to buy a security system for my own home and business, EMG was the natural choice. Over the years I have had very few product issues - maybe a magnet fell loose or a switch failed on rare occasions, but the system will let you know right away - and EMG was always there within a couple hours typically to repair it at no extra charge.
More importantly, I have never been robbed, injured, or burned nor has anyone else in my home or business. Any time I've accidentally set my alarm off, EMG has called within a minute or so at any time of the day or night to make sure I am OK, and indeed I always have been OK. I purchased EMG's optional fire monitoring package also, so I have the peace of mind knowing that I am monitored and protected against intrusion or fire, whether I - or anyone - is there or not.
I have been totally satisfied with EMG's services myself personally for about 30 years, and my parents for almost 40 years. There can be no better testimonial than this, since we are all very particular about our security. We have been with EMG for four years. We have had very good service. Whenever we go on a vacation we always call and let EMG know that we are going to be gone and to give them instructions as to who to call. They have always been very helpful during these times. We have also mistakenly set off our alarm at times and have called to report this immediately. I have been with EMG for approximately 5 months. I have been completely satisfied from the wonderful, helpful salesman to the super-friendly installers. I was a little worried about using the system in the beginning (worried about setting it off) but they reassured me and showed me over and over until I felt comfortable with the system.
They did not rush in and rush out, and they were there for me and my family to ask any questions that we had. The system has a keyless entry and exit and I love it for when my arms are too full to get to the keypad inside the house. The reason we decided to get a security system was because we were broken into and robbed not only of our possessions, but of are feeling of being safe in our own home. It took me 3 weeks just to stay there again, and even longer to get my 8 year old daughter to sleep in her own bed. But thanks to EMG and their wonderful staff and system, they reassured her that they were there to protect her and her family!

When I signed up with EMG the entire process was very easy and quickly accomplished. There was a problem early on with the system beeping, but I called and within an hour Eggie showed up and solved the problem quickly. More importantly, he was so knowledgeable, neat, courteous, and just plain pleasant to have in my shop. The few times the alarm has gone off, I was called quickly and met at my shop by the Sheriff. On Tuesday, July 21st 2009 our home was burglarized at 1pm in the afternoon and they wiped us out. Living in an area where we thought we were secure and were almost always home in the evening, we never thought it would happen to us. With a couple sleepless nights we did our research for a home security service that had safety measures, monitoring, price and customer service that we really needed to get our lives back on track. Upon calling EMG, they had their sales representative Kimble out the same day. Our sales rep was sympathetic to our situation and walked us through our options and didn't pressure us into buying anything we didn't want or need. Within 2 business days we had a service technician, Jonathan, out to our home and he installed all of our equipment. His patience and knowledge was amazing. He did not leave until we were 100% satisfied with the hook up and use of our system. I could not be happier with the outstanding service and compassion EMG has shown us. There is no doubt in our minds that we made the right decision.
I am a fairly new customer to EMG, less than a year in fact. The main reason that I needed an alarm system was because of my daughter. She had recently turned into a teenager and was beginning to stay home alone more and more, but we both felt a little uncomfortable because we live in the country. So I called EMG to have an alarm system installed, and they were wonderful. The installation was practically priced and the people are a pleasure to deal with.
